Music Jam/Penguin Band Theory

Hey penguins - while on Twitter I saw everybody freaking out about Penguin Band 'ruined'. I then saw a picture of the 'Penguin Band' (if it is them) with new clothes. Like @Wiibob7975 told me, "They come to the Music Jam 2) There are four penguins 3) The PB is red, blue, yellow, and green." That is very right. Here is a picture:

I also have a theory that this picture may just be a thumbnail of the new Penguin Band autographed background! I mean, all of the other mascots got a new background this year/late last year, so this may be true!
